Workshop in Ghent, September 2017

Raman Imaging Workshop in Ghent (Belgium)

September 13 - 15, University of Ghent, Faculty of Bioscience Engineering

On the first two days, this workshop will give a detailed overview to the application of Raman imaging in various fields of applications. More details on topics and speakers will be published soon.

Speakers from WITec will provide detailed introductions to the operational principles and instrumental configurations and demonstrate the latest advances in microscopes and equipment development.

The participants will have sufficient time for in-depth discussions and close interaction with leading scientists and users of WITec microscope systems.

Scientists interested in chemically identifying and imaging the compounds of a sample at the highest spatial resolution are invited to participate.

Day three is preserved of the COST action for Raman imaging.

Please register for participation by filling in the form at the bottom of this page.

If you have further questions, please contact Lena Welter ( or Stephane Struyve (
