New Application Note: Time-resolved photoluminescence studies of blue LEDs

WITec has released a new application note presenting results acquired with a time-correlated single photon counting module. A blue light-emitting diode was characterized by means of spatially and temporally resolved electro- and photoluminescence measurements which are standard tools for the characterization of optoelectronic devices. The study includes micro-electroluminescence and time-resolved emission spectroscopy measurements as well as imaging of the signal propagation through the device.
