RISE 显微镜是一款新型联用显微镜,它将 SEM 和共聚焦拉曼成像结合在一起。通过 RISE 显微镜,可以将超微结构表面特性与分子化合物信息关联起来。

RISE 显微技术

Technique RISE 072015

利用 RISE 显微镜,在整个测量程序中,可以将样品在 SEM 真空室内从一个测量位置自动转移到另一个位置,从而简化了工作流程,大大提高了仪器的易用性。
